There are showers in both ladies and gents changing rooms with a separate communal weight training room. People may relax in the lounge, watch television and have a variety of refreshments. When
visiting the Headquarters please park sensibly either in the car park
or surrounding area. Do not hinder access to driveways etc. We are situated
