Both the physical body and the mind experience fatigue and stress. When
an action takes place in one it will cause a reaction in the other, but
with correct guidance they can assist each other to deal with any potentially
harmful effects caused before serious damage occurs. Therefore, the aim
of every Goyararu practitioner should be to utilise all aspects of the
Art form to bring into harmony the mind and body. Each student is encouraged
to be more flexible in movement and attitude and steer towards a deeper
understanding of one`s self, so eventually learning to be more tolerant
with others.

Training
in the
Goyararu Martial Arts Association |
After
an extensive study of pure Kung - Fu, Karate, Tai Chi, Muka Bazi,
Gatika, etc. it was found that each doctrine displayed limitations
by catering for, and creating, a particular type of person. Goyararu
extracted basic essential techniques in an effort to improve all
people, irrelevant of their PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL or EMOTIONAL
condition, to build a solid platform unique to each individual.
